“The Graduating Class Program honors students that have shown a tremendous commitment to 4-H and/or FFA as well as the North Dakota State Fair,” said Jessica Bullinger, North Dakota State Fair Foundation Director.  “We had applicants that had exhibited at the North Dakota State Fair for as many as eleven years,” she added.  Bullinger said that while the Foundation works to grow and advance the North Dakota State Fair, it also has a commitment to support North Dakota Youth. “We recognize the value of the life skills, personal growth and work ethic students learn through their projects and participation in competitive opportunities at the North Dakota State Fair.”
