The North Dakota State Fair Foundation was recently awarded a grant through the North Dakota Resiliency Grant Program, a project created to assist businesses with the costs associated with reducing the spread of infection, and instilling consumer confidence in the marketplace.  The grant funds have been used to purchase commercial sanitizing equipment and UV-C lighting for disinfecting on the North Dakota State Fairgrounds.

“We have a lot of square footage to cover on the fairgrounds, and keeping people safe and healthy is a top priority.  This new equipment helps us do a thorough job of sanitizing the grounds in a timely manner,” said Craig Rudland, North Dakota State Fair Assistant Manager.

The NDSF Foundation is thankful for the support of the grant funds said Jessica Bullinger, Foundation Development Director.  “Through this program, we have been able to help the Fair fill a need that would otherwise not have been met.  That’s why the NDSF Foundation exists; and we are grateful for the support of this grant program and other donors who makes these types of projects possible.”
